Occupational Therapist School Setting in Milton, WA Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Milton, WA Job Details Full-time | Contract $35 - $65 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Master's degree Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Exciting contract opportunity for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students during the 2026-2027 school year. Work full time as one of two OTs in a dynamic district setting, providing a blend of direct student intervention and Tier 1 supports for staff. This role offers the chance to collaborate across teams, promoting student growth and helping shape a nurturing school environment.
Key Qualifications:
Must hold or be eligible to obtain Washington state Occupational Therapy license/certification School-based OT experience strongly preferred Ability to support a diverse caseload, typically around 30 students Commitment to Tier 1 interventions and supporting school-wide initiatives Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit References required: please include up-to-date reference informationResponsibilities:
Deliver high-quality OT services to students, adapting to individual needs Implement Tier 1 interventions supporting educators and student wellness Work alongside another OT within the district, sharing best practices and resources Maintain accurate documentation and reports, ensuring compliance with state and district requirements Engage in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and progress updates Offer training and consultation to staff as needed This is a rewarding, full-time contract position where your expertise will make a lasting impact across the district.
