We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients who have experienced declines in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence. Services include hand therapy, upper extremity splinting, wheelchair assessment, home safety assessment, cognitive therapy, neurological therapy, and oncology rehab. Therapists follow patients from initial evaluation to discharge and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license required. Healthcare Provider BLS required from AHA or ARC. Experience in acute/inpatient occupational therapy preferred. Experience with hand therapy, splinting, wheelchair assessment, and home safety assessment preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred. Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams preferred.

0800-1630.
