Job Description

We are looking for an In-person reliable Office Administrator for a part-time in-person position for about 20 hours a week. They will undertake administrative tasks centered around creating invoices, billing, and basic bookkeeping needs. The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping and supporting staff with admin tasks. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision with creating invoices. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company's offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. Responsibilities Supervise and update bookkeeping data and help customers with basic information. Manage email correspondence Support bookkeeping procedures Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Assist colleagues when necessary Skills Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational skills for keeping track of invoicing tasks with Quickbooks online. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge Quickbooks online High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
