In this role, you will serve as the backbone of daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications and ensuring smooth office workflows. Responsibilities:

Answer phones and distribute calls Oversee veteran client workflows Assist with scheduling Care Pros and communicating with Clients and Care Pros. Assist Client Care by creating new journals and communicating with families Assist with recruiting Care Pros Clerical tasks as needed Provide emergency back up phone coverage after business hours Home Instead is the leading provider of home care and companionship to older adults in their homes.
