We are seeking a Office Administrative Assistant to support our growing satellite location in Marysville, WA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the office, assist with a wide range of clerical duties, and support various departments to ensure efficient office function and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities of Office Administrative Assistant :
Assist the office with responsibilities including payment reconciliation, accounts receivables, customer communication, and scheduling installation dates for clients. Oversee the customer experience by coordinating effectively with the Senior Production Manager and Installation teams to ensure installation objectives are achieved. Manage the collection of customer payments and promptly follow up on any outstanding balances. Demonstrate comfort and proficiency in making a high volume of outbound phone calls to customers. Assist with other support functions as needed.
Details:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience starting at $25.00+
Requirements Requirements of Office Administrative Assistant:
1-3 years of experience in an office, administrative or assistant role. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally. Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and in a team. Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
