In this vital role, you will be the friendly face of our office, managing daily administrative tasks, supporting customer interactions, and ensuring smooth office operations. Your organizational skills and positive attitude will help us maintain our high standards of service and efficiency. What you will be doing Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and support basic office management functions Support customer service efforts through effective communication, including phone etiquette and email correspondence Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for staff members Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity to ensure professional communication This job is for you if Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Previous clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Experience with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems is preferred Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is advantageous This Job is not for you if You're not a team player or prefer working solo all day.
