As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. If you have excellent organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities```- Answering and directing phone calls using our phone system
- Greeting visitors and providing them with assistance
- Managing the office schedule and coordinating appointments
- Assisting with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Providing clerical support to various departments as needed
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and coordinating repairs
- Assisting with office management tasks, such as scheduling shipping appointments and managing records ```Skills```
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively manage schedules and prioritize tasks
- Experience with general office tasks and procedures
- Knowledge of planning principles and practices is a plus
