Position Overview Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and Divisional Managers, the Office Manager is responsible for oversight of the administrative functions of the office including accounting and general office administrative duties. This position will ensure efficient operation of daily processes and drive process improvements in all functional areas. Full job description Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager with office administrative skills and customer service experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires communication skills, proficiency in office management, and a strong ability to multitask. A preferred skill would be knowledge and use of Quickbooks, scheduling, and record keeping/billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses. Oversee calendar management and routes for staff. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring quick and easy access to important information. Prepare and deliver accurate, well-presented quotes for customers, tailored to their needs and aligned with company pricing policies. Handle QuickBooks invoicing, bill payments, and payroll processing (training provided as needed). Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning with minimal supervision
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
