Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Occasional Saturday support may be needed approximately once per month with advance notice.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required 2+ years of experience in an office support, administrative, or receptionist role Experience handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment Basic Excel skills, including simple formulas Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable transportation for occasional local travel between Phoenix-area offices Professional communication and customer service skills Comfortable supporting both office and field-based teams Ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Receptionist opportunity supporting a growing construction organization. This role goes beyond traditional front desk duties and includes office coordination, onboarding support, administrative assistance, and cross-functional collaboration with various departments. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors, calls, and deliveries Coordinate employee onboarding activities and assist with HR-related administration Support payroll documentation and general administrative processes Maintain office supplies, snacks, filing systems, and overall office organization Schedule and coordinate team lunches, meetings, and office events Provide administrative support to additional departments as needed Assist with accounts payable or purchasing-related tasks on an as-needed basis Support operations for both local Arizona projects and remote project teams in other states Participate in employee training initiatives after onboarding into the role Travel locally between office or project locations as needed with mileage reimbursement provided
