We're seeking a task-driven Office Administrator to join our team! This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting accounting functions, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Process invoices, receipts, and job details into QuickBooks (QB) and ensure invoice and receipt accuracy with job costing, ensure accurate mapping between LMN and QB.
Customer & Job Management:
Maintain customer records, job details, proposals, and billing notes.
Customer Service & Billing:
Answer phones, respond to emails, handle customer inquiries, and resolve billing questions, assist with monthly statements.
HR & Hiring Support:
Review applicants, assist with HR-related tasks, and track employee uniforms.
Administrative Duties & Vendor Management:
Track office supplies, coordinate with vendors, ensure accuracy of payables and monthly statements, pass along messages, and maintain updated job lists.
Time Tracking & Audits:
Audit reported hours, track field status reports, and assist with billing audits as needed.
Growth Opportunity:

Ideal Candidate:
