This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with digital tools.

Responsibilities:

Filing and organizing paperwork Uploading and managing documents online Processing verifications and compliance-related documents Handling phone call intake and basic communication Assisting with data entry and tracking using spreadsheets Supporting office operations as needed

Requirements:

Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets Comfortable using computers and online systems Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for office productivity is a plus Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and responsible Good communication skills (phone and written)

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous office or administrative experience Experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation (a plus, not required) Ability to learn quickly and follow procedures
