This is a Monday - Friday position. The ideal candidate should be able to or willing to learn the following: Review contracts and become familiar with the terms and conditions of such Gain familiarity with plans, specifications, addenda and scope of each project Attend pre-construction meetings and provide comprehensive notes Establish and maintain basic project files Assist with searching for materials, ordering materials and equipment rentals Assist with applying for Right of Way permits Manage project documents such as submittals and locate tickets Aid in searching for potential bid opportunities and bid preparation Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks online Independently resolve day-to-day issues that may arise

Qualifications:

1 Year construction office experience preferred but not required Dedicated, well-organized, detail oriented, adaptable and reliable Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
