Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination. This role will also assist with shipping and delivery coordination, including working with carriers such as UPS and FedEx to ensure accurate dispatch and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Handle daily office administrative tasks, including filing, document organization, and record keeping. Manage office supplies and coordinate office logistics (e.g., ordering supplies, basic office upkeep). Support internal coordination such as scheduling, meeting arrangements, and general office communications. Assist with basic data entry and reporting as needed. Shipping & Carrier Coordination (UPS/FedEx) Create/prepare shipping labels and documentation; coordinate daily outbound shipments. Track shipments, follow up on delivery status, and assist with resolving delivery exceptions (e.g., delays, missing packages). Communicate with UPS/FedEx regarding pickup scheduling, claims, or delivery inquiries. Maintain shipping records and ensure accurate tracking information is documented. Qualifications High school diploma or above; administrative, logistics, or related experience is a plus. Familiarity with office administrative processes; strong organization and multitasking ability. Comfortable communicating with carriers (UPS/FedEx) and handling shipment tracking. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with basic office tools (email, Excel/Google Sheets, document management). Bilingual Mandarin and English is required.
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
