Warehouse Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage our US-based warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure efficient inventory management, coordinate order fulfillment, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. 2. Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high productivity. 3. Monitor inventory accuracy and implement effective inventory control procedures. 4. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders for North American and European markets. 5. Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and regulations. 6. Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and marketing teams to optimize warehouse workflows. 7. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics management experience, preferably in e-commerce or cross-border operations. 2. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control. 3. Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of 10+ staff. 4. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 6.
