Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help ensure the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position is onsite Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and greet visitors professionallyManage incoming and outgoing mail, email, and deliveriesMaintain office files, records, and documentationSchedule meetings, appointments, and conference roomsOrder and restock office supplies as neededAssist with data entry, report preparation, and general clerical tasksSupport various departments with administrative projectsEnsure common office areas remain organized and presentableSimilar remote jobs
