Office Assistant and Tech Support

Job Summary:

We're seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Support Team Member to join our Utah based support team. This position handles customer calls, scheduling, billing, and general office support — including light technical assistance and QuickBooks work. Hours are M-F 10am-4pm - some flexibility for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and emails; provide excellent customer service Schedule service and installation appointments Manage billing, payments, and account updates using QuickBooks Assist customers with basic alarm system troubleshooting and support (training provided) Maintain organized office records Support technicians and management with administrative tasks

Requirements:

Previous experience in an office QuickBooks experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work independently Positive attitude and professional phone manner
