Speech-Language Pathologist Syracuse Arts Academy Syracuse, UT Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $69,000 a year Qualifications Computer operation Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Interpersonal skills Classroom management Computer literacy Teaching Certification Master's degree Driver's License Driving Professional Educator License Full Job Description Syracuse Arts Academy is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists who enjoy working with children and adolescents ages 5-14 years for the 2026-2027 school year. Both full and part time positions are available. This position will serve no more than two campuses in the LEA, within a two mile radius. Syracuse Arts Academy provides a challenging, accelerated curriculum where academic excellence, character development, and individual growth are nurtured in a safe, orderly and pleasant environment.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold a current educator license in the State of Utah
- Previous experience working in the field of Speech-Language Pathology is preferred
- Valid Driver's License, operational vehicle and insurance
- Position requires candidate to submit for and pass a background check in accordance with Utah's Department of Public Safety requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer and educational technological skills.
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive learning environment and handle student management issues in a calm manner.
- Ability to deliver effective speech-language pathology services.
