Job Description

We are a family-owned and operated NYS modular and mobile home company seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant who will play a key role in daily office activities. This position is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Core Responsibilities o Greet visitors o Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally o Greet and assist customers visiting the office, gather customer information when a member of the sales team is unavailable o Support the sales team with preparing sales documents, scheduling appointments, and customer follow-up o Updating and stocking sales materials, including handouts and décor room o Organizing customer files at the end of a sale
  • Keep track of office supplies needed
  • Provide administrative support wherever needed to help daily operations run efficiently Qualifications Previous administrative or office experience preferred Must be available to work Saturdays Must be available to work until 5 pm during the week Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus Experience in construction, housing, or home sales industries is helpful but not required Public Notary helpful but not required What We Offer • Stable, full-time position • Friendly and supportive work environment • Opportunity for long-term growth within the company • Paid time off and holidays Why Work With Us?
