Overview Office Assistant at Venettini Footwear. you will be assisting other employees with general office tasks.

Duties :

Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office / Excel with high accuracy and attention to detail Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks to support financial record-keeping and invoicing processes Provide excellent customer service by phone and email. Pick and pack orders. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel. Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus English/Spanish We are a Family business, we manufacture and distribute Children's Footwear. The brand is Venettini Shoes. We are looking to hire right away.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
