Office Assistant Gun Store in Huffman/Crosby

  • Part-time, Full-time Atascocita Tactical Supply is a brick-and-mortar store, specializing in AR15, AR10, Glock, AK47, Sig Sauer and Shotguns platforms.
We offer parts and accessories to build-your-own or to customize or customize one you already have. As a Office Assistant in our Gun Store, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations within the store. Reporting to the Store Owner, your role encompasses a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, clerical support, answering the phone, running background checks, housekeeping, restocking supplies and receiving products. Your core skills in office management and organizational abilities will help maintain an efficient work environment. Your attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office will contribute to an exceptional customer experience and the overall success of our store. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Strong organizational and clerical skills Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Previous office or administrative experience is a plus Must be able to lift 40lbs Only Second Amendment supporters should apply. Monday-Friday 10am-6pm Saturday 10am-4pm Sunday closed Store Hours change seasonally.
SALARY :
$10/hour, paid weekly

Are you able to be Friendly and provide Excellent Customer Service to our Customers? Are you available to work for all posted Store Hours that we are open? If yes, please confirm. If no, please describe any scheduling conflicts. Being Reliable and Arriving for shift Timely, is extremely important for our store. As a small store with a lean staff, consistent attendance is critical. Are there any commitments that could arise that could cause you to miss shifts unexpectedly? Are you available to work 32-38 hours per week? If we expand our Store Hours to close at 7pm MON-FRI versus 6pm, are you available? From time to time, we close at 3pm or 4pm on SAT. Is that workable within your availability? If we expand our Store Hours to open on SUN, are you available to be added to the schedule?
