$17.00 / hour Job Description Part time office assistant needed for a company in Archdale. They are looking for someone that is detail-oriented, attentive, and a strong listener. The expected schedule will be Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM Pay rate: 17/hr • Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files Assist with scheduling, calendar updates, and basic coordination Prepare and organize documents, reports, and spreadsheets Order and maintain office supplies Assist with light bookkeeping or invoice tracking (if applicable) Support team members with general administrative tasks Help keep the office organized and running efficiently Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and listening skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Self-motivated and dependable Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required #PROF26
