Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day office support and administrative tasks Create and manage social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms Film, edit, and post short-form video content and reels Help develop creative marketing ideas and patient engagement campaigns Maintain a consistent online brand presence Collaborate with third-party marketing service providers currently working with the office Coordinate with office staff regarding promotions, services, and educational content Support general office operations as needed Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation Basic video editing and content planning experience preferred Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service, office administration, marketing, or social media management is a plus A background in marketing, digital media, communications, or content creation is strongly preferred Preferred Skills Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram trends and short-form content Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools Ability to create both educational and engaging content Interest in healthcare, wellness, or patient education is a bonus Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
