Job Description

Weekend Office Staff Pay:
$18/hr About the
Role:
We're looking for an energetic, tech-savvy part-time office staff member to join our team at Yreka RV Park. You'll be the friendly face and voice for our guests while handling the behind-the-scenes operations that keep things running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Manage weekend reservations, guest check-ins, and administrative tasks (computer-based) Answer phones and emails with professionalism and warmth Greet guests and field questions about the park and local area Coordinate with maintenance and support park operations Help create a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere

Have solid computer skills and pick up new systems quickly Bring genuine hospitality and positive energy Stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Communicate clearly with guests and team members Present yourself professionally Are willing to pitch in on light tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven office administration and computer experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel Valid driver's license Reliable, punctual Available for weekend shifts with (flexible scheduling during the week is a PLUS) Professional appearance and demeanor
Schedule:
Saturdays and Sundays (scheduled hours always between 9 AM and 6 PM -- actual schedule varies by season) This role is ideal for someone seeking consistent weekend hours in a friendly, guest-focused environment where strong administrative skills and genuine hospitality are valued.
