Office Clerk/Cashier

Office clerk needed to pay customers at a recycling facility and perform other office tasks. Candidate must be able to multi-task proficiently including answering phones, recording truck weights, enter data for inbound and outbound loads and pay customers as well. You will prepare invoicing, segregate AR and AP, match shipment records and record AR receipts and shipments, as well as invoicing and other tasks. Must be proficient on some office software such as Excel, Microsoft and Word, plus other reliant programs. A people-oriented person with good communications skills and one who is honest and trustworthy is a must. Full-time position with paid holidays, paid vacation and medical insurance, 401k, and the position would include overtime pay for any hours over 40 per week. Work on Saturday required approximately several times per month (4 hours on a Saturday). This could also be a part-time position if the right candidate applies. (2-3 days per week). Nice job for the right person who is looking for job security, perhaps close to your home territory.
