Welder / Fabricator

Lincoln Contracting is seeking skilled welders/fabricators with experience in construction-based and custom fabrication projects. This role involves reading blueprints, cutting and fitting materials, and performing high-quality welds to build and repair structural components and custom metal pieces.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, and assemble materials to precise dimensions. Fabricate custom parts and structures based on project needs. Inspect welds to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area. 4-10-hour workday schedule. + overtime availability
