Job Description

We are a family-owned Merry Maids franchise. Taking care of people is at the heart of what we do, cleaning homes is simply how we help make life feel a little lighter. Our team isn't just staff, they're people we know, trust, and show up for. Our clients aren't just accounts; they're part of the community we live and work in every day. We're looking for an Office Coordinator who understands that every phone call, every scheduled appointment, and every interaction, whether it's with a client or a team member, is a chance to show people they matter. As our Office Coordinator, you'll be at the center of the day-to-day operation. You'll be the friendly voice customers hear, the support our cleaning teams count on, and the person who helps keep everything moving smoothly. This role is primarily based out of our main office in St. Augustine. We also have satellite offices in Daytona and Deltona, and you'd visit one of them from time to time ( typically about once or twice a week) Mileage is reimbursed. Pay & Benefits $16-$18 per hour, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Mileage reimbursement for travel between locations Opportunity for long-term growth and development within the company What You'll Be Doing Answer phone calls, schedule services, and help customers feel taken care of Follow up with customers to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction Handle inbound sales calls and follow up with leads and existing customers Help coordinate daily schedules between the office and cleaning teams Assist with route changes, dispatch updates, and same-day scheduling needs Follow up on outstanding balances and help keep account records current Assist with screening potential team members, including initial phone screens and coordinating next steps with management What We're Looking For Previous office experience required Customer service, dispatching, sales, or operations experience preferred Strong phone and communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required Someone who stays calm, organized, dependable, and focused in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and adapt throughout the day Reliable transportation and clean driving record Clean background required and ability to pass a drug test Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM No evenings, weekends, or holidays. $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
