Job Description

  • Sales Office Coordinator / Office Manager We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Office Coordinator to play a central role in bridging our sales and construction teams.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating across departments, and ensuring that projects move smoothly from initial sale to construction readiness. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales office, including front desk responsibilities and administrative support. Working closely with Sales Manager, your supervisor, you'll become a key point of contact for sales staff, customers, and the construction team. A major part of the position involves managing post-sale processes. Once a sale is completed, you will take ownership of all follow-up activities—ensuring that paperwork is accurate and complete, coordinating the preparation of drawings, and guiding documents through customer review and approval. You'll verify that all materials align with what was sold and prepare comprehensive packages for permit submission. As permits are approved, you will help transition projects into the construction phase by confirming that all required documentation and details are in place for a seamless handoff. Your work will directly impact how efficiently projects move forward. This is a dynamic role with significant opportunity to learn and improve internal processes. You'll gain hands-on experience with permitting procedures, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll also play an important part in refining workflows and helping the company scale more effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
