Preferred Qualifications:
Active Delaware BCBA licensure/certification (must provide confirmation with submission) Previous school-based BCBA experience, ideally with students aged 2-22 Strong background in crisis/de-escalation support FBA and BSP development expertise Reliable, on-site availability for the full 26/27 school yearKey Responsibilities:
Serve as a full-time BCBA supporting students with severe disabilities and autism Participate actively on crisis and de-escalation teams Conduct thorough Functional Behavioral Assessments Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans Collaborate on IEP behavior goals and support data collection Provide ongoing consultation and support to school staffWhat You'll Receive:
