Office Coordinator / Scale Operator

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Office Coordinator / Scale Operator to join our team. This position involves helping customers and drivers throughout the day, answering phones, paying out customers, and assisting with general office tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, enjoys working with people, and can handle a fast-paced environment while keeping things running smoothly. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers Pay out customers and process transactions accurately Assist drivers and customers at the scale Enter basic information into the computer system Help with filing, paperwork, and other office duties Keep records organized and up to date Support daily office operations as needed Qualifications Good communication and customer service skills Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills Organized and dependable Ability to multitask and work well with others Previous office or customer service experience is helpful but not require

Hours Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Option for overtime pay or a half day off during the week to offset Saturday hours

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
