Job description Our Field Resource Coordinators (FRC) are motivated professionals with the ability to multi-task at the highest levels. FRC's are responsible for dispatching technicians throughout their day to ensure success for both individuals. They strive to see all customers are well taken care of as well as keep our field resources engaged and working to maximum efficiency throughout the day. Field Resource Coordinators have significant room for career growth and are exposed to most facets of our business utilizing analytics/reporting and process improvement. We believe strongly in a Team environment. We work hard and have fun while doing it! Requirements Must have excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to multi-task (phones, email, messaging systems) Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel) Bi-Lingual and/or some college is a plus Must work well with a team.
