POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Leader / Manager is responsible for leading the office team through servant leadership, ensuring daily execution, delivering excellent customer communication, and maintaining strong financial accuracy through oversight of bookkeeping. This role drives the performance, organization, and consistency of all office operations.
