The Office Leader / Manager is responsible for leading the office team through servant leadership, ensuring daily execution, delivering excellent customer communication, and maintaining strong financial accuracy through oversight of bookkeeping. This role drives the performance, organization, and consistency of all office operations.WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE
- The office runs smoothly, efficiently, and without chaos or confusion

- Scheduling is accurate, organized, and supports technician productivity
- Communication between office, service, and leadership is clear and proactive
- Bookkeeping is accurate, up-to-date, and provides clear financial visibility
- Accounts receivable, billing, and deposits are handled consistently with minimal errors
- Customer issues are resolved quickly and professionally

- There are minimal callbacks, scheduling errors, or internal breakdowns

- Oversee bookkeeping accuracy and financial processes
- Support hiring, training, and development of team members
