Job Description

Office Manager 121 - Apply Using Job Code 30484 X Pinterest May 12 , 2026 Responsibilities Performing administrative functions such as data entry, filing, bookkeeping, and office equipment operations. Answering inbound calls and returning voicemail and or / emails within 24 to 48 hours. Supporting the Office Facilities Manager in a capacity to include written and verbal correspondence, internally and externally. Serves on the office operations team which is responsible for writing, updating and implementing the Emergency Preparedness Contingency Plan (including fire, medical and security drills) and the Office Operations Manual. Requires handling the PrePAPA mailbox, which must be cleared out daily by distributing to appropriate staff. Keeping inventory and stocking supplies. Submitting all MCS work orders and following up to ensure completion in a timely manner, with weekly follow- up to Office Facilities Manager. This position may support the work of other departments as needed. Skills HS Diploma Drivers license
