Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Office Manager with experience in construction administration and strong QuickBooks Online skills. This role supports daily operations, payroll, vendor coordination, and financial organization for a busy construction company. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Join us to lead our office operations with energy, precision, and a proactive approach! Duties Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows Process payroll accurately and on time (required) Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Enter and track expenses, receipts, and job‑related costs Maintain vendor files, COIs, W‑9s, and subcontractor documentation Assist with project paperwork, proposals, and compliance documents Support management with scheduling, communication, and reporting Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Qualifications QuickBooks Online experience (must) Payroll processing experience (must) Strong administrative and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a construction environment Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Bilingual abilities in English and another language are preferred to enhance communication across diverse groups.
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
