About the Role At Quality Pork International, we are looking for a highly organized and energetic Office Manager & HR Coordinator to join our team. This role provides the opportunity to not only manage office duties but also is a front line person to provide a positive employee experience by supporting our team members. This is a great role for someone who loves variety in their workday!
Key Responsibilities Office Management:
Daily Operations:
Receive incoming/outgoing mail and maintain a clean, professional front-office environment.. Will be the point of contact for answering the front door and ascertaining the needs of all visitors.Visitor greeting:
Answer incoming calls and greeting visitors as well as customers with a positive attitude. Provides hospitality and sets up equipment for visitors and customers.Administrative Support:
Support the management team with scanning, document creation, entering production information in the computer system. Takes and stays on top of inventory of office, production and janitorial items for purchasing manager.Human Resources Support:
Onboarding:
Assist the Plant Manager in the orientation process for new hires and assisting the HR Director with all paperworkPayroll & Benefits:
Cheerfully helping our employees and acting as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits.Culture:
Help organize company events, holiday parties, and employee recognition programs.Qualifications Experience:
2+ years in Office Management or HR Administration (experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is a major plus).Tech Savvy:
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfortable learning payroll/HRIS software.Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills; you can talk to everyone from the CEO to the shop floor team.Discretion:
High level of integrity when handling sensitive employee information.Education:
High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or HR a plus Bilingual English/Spanish required (spoken and written).Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
