Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including sales administration, benefits administration, and customer service functions to ensure smooth workflow. Engage in negotiation with clients to customize insurance plans that meet their needs while maintaining profitability. Maintain comprehensive analysis of sales data and customer feedback to optimize sales techniques and improve service delivery. Provide bilingual or multilingual support to serve a diverse clientele, ensuring clear communication and understanding. Handle benefits administration tasks, including explaining policy options, processing claims, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations when necessary. Support the agency president and staff with day-to-day operations. Follow up with clients regarding renewals and coverage needs. Knowledge of insurance agency management systems is a plus. Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate confidently and build lasting client relationships. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Strong analysis skills to interpret sales metrics and customer data for strategic decision-making. Knowledge of insurance sales processes combined with experience in sales administration and benefits management. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
