Resident Services Director Position:
Proven success in management and leadership-2-3 years Ability to manage a team of Care Partners-interview, hire, train, evaluate, monitor and schedule management to ensure full coverage of all shifts Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives High school diploma or equivalent PSL is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
