Proven Pest Solutions is a growing premium pest control company serving Sumner, Macon, and surrounding counties. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Manager & Sales Coordinator to help support daily operations and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities Include:

Helping support sales and marketing efforts Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries Scheduling appointments and coordinating technician routes Following up with leads and estimates Assisting with customer communication and retention Managing office organization and records Maintaining professionalism with customers and team members We value professionalism, honesty, dependability, teamwork, and treating customers with respect.
