Office Manager Pay:

Maintain accurate filing systems for office records, invoices, and documentation. Handle general paperwork and administrative tasks to support office operations. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and assist callers with inquiries. Coordinate and schedule building maintenance and service appointments. Ensure office supplies and materials are organized and available as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment. Develop and streamline office processes and procedures. Skills & experience we would like you to have as anOffice Manager:
4+ years of office administrative support experience. Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Comfortable with basic bookkeeping and office software (QuickBooks experience is a plus). Professional phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work independently. Strong attention to detail. Sound interesting? We want to hear from you!
