Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Job description About Us Glaze Design Build is a residential design-build general contractor specializing in high-quality renovations and remodeling projects. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to support office operations, project coordination, and financial management. This is a key position within our company and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates professionally, stays organized under pressure, and helps create structure and efficiency within the company. Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Manage payroll, bank reconciliations and job costing Enter and track project change orders Maintain subcontractor documentation, including insurance certificates and W-9s Assist with scheduling and maintaining project schedules in JobTread Prepare permit application, contract documents, presentations, and project documentation HR onboarding and help maintain organization and smooth day-to-day office operations Assist with material ordering and tracking project allowances Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Qualifications Required Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience QuickBooks experience Prior office management or administrative experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Professional written and verbal communication skills Preferred Construction industry experience Experience with JobTread or other construction management software Experience with job costing or project financial tracking What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Organized and proactive Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable handling confidential financial information Able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment This Position Is Probably NOT a
