Experience:

Valid, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1-2 years ER experience preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required) TNCC, ENPC, and PALS (preferred) Ability to synthesize complex assessments and work in fast-paced, high-acuity environments Excellent communication, multitasking, and critical thinking skills Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from Hickory, NC, to qualify for travel status

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care for diverse emergency patients Rapid, accurate triage and intervention in urgent scenarios Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams across specialized units Adhere to hospital procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
