Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry of credit-related activities. You will provide support in the day-to-day operations of the credit department, and ensure accurate account analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
Data entry and analysis of entries in third-party system software. Assist in keeping information used in the collection process updated. Assist with maintaining and evaluating information in our payment portal. Utilize financial software to process transactions, update account information, and generate reports. Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit policies and collection strategies through analysis skills.
Qualifications:
Proven customer service skills. Strong negotiation skills. Proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook software. Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail in data entry and account reconciliation tasks. Basic understanding of accounting principles including debits & credits and financial concepts. Ability to communicate clearly across diverse audiences while maintaining professionalism. Strong math skills essential for account analysis and financial calculations. Must have a stable work history. This position offers a full and competitive benefit package with a stable and growing company. Work hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday in an office environment. $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
