Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Support Staff member to join our team! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily office activities, providing exceptional administrative and clerical support. You will provide administrative and clerical assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This position is responsible for handling routine office tasks, answering phones. maintaining organized records, assisting staff members, and providing professional support to clients, customers, and visitors. Your proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and positive attitude will help create a welcoming and efficient workplace for colleagues and visitors alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with greeting visitors warmly at the front desk, directing them appropriately and maintaining a professional demeanor Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, answering inquiries and routing calls efficiently Organize and maintain filing systems—both physical and digital—ensuring easy retrieval of documents Support administrative tasks such as proofreading correspondence, preparing documents, and managing incoming/outgoing mail Assist with customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email, providing helpful information and follow-up as needed Requirements Proven office experience or clerical background demonstrating familiarity with typical administrative duties Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions with visitors and callers Basic typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not required Join us as an Office Support Staff member and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to fostering a productive, welcoming workspace.
