General WC (wellness coordinator) Responsibilities The primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals by providing patients with necessary info to make the best decision for them. Building & maintaining positive relationships with patients AND team members. Answering phone calls & basic customer service Recognizing & supporting team goals Keeping management apprised of member concerns & following company policies & procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the clinic & organization of workspace. Complete transactions using point of sale software. Maintaining accurate detailed patient records & documentation pertaining to communication, sale of package//plan or termination of them. Assist in acquiring new patients using lead management software & following in-clinic procedures for gaining referrals. The duties of this position may change from time to time.
