Die Setter - Caustic

Overview Consider joining the Pennex family as a Die Setter - Caustic in our Leetonia, OH location. This position is responsible for managing the flow of used dies through the cleaning process, as well as preparing samples for quality evaluation.

Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Able to use crane for assisted lift and positioning of extrusion dies. Places dies in caustic solution to clean them of aluminum residue Ability to remain organized with placement and management of extrusion dies through the cleaning process. Prioritize order based upon production needs Ability to wash, clean and dry extrusion dies Coordinate with the caustic refill schedule and process Communicate and coordinate with die shop on consumables, issues, priorities Use of time management is important for timing of activities happening at the same time Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications Ideal Candidate Will Have:
