- this includes facilitating activities both on and off campus and following purchasing procedures. Working in the Campus Support Office to direct phone calls into facility, ensure staffing needs are met, assigning state vehicles for use and receiving / logging information about Unusual Incidents and staff call-offs & work injuries Timekeeping for assigned staff
- ensuring staff submit request for time off and requests for overtime/compensatory time, approving requests & timecards, ensuing schedule is correct in timekeeping system.
