Egg Gatherer- 1st shift

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Egg Gatherer to join our team in Venedocia.

SHIFT HOURS

A 6-day work schedule, Sunday through Friday, approximately 6:30am-3:00pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$16.80 with the potential of increasing to $17.05 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training for this position will be provided for this entry level position.

Job functions include:

Gathering all eggs as directed and maintain barns Caring for birds per veterinary and manager guidance and maintain records General farm chores, including but not limited to: laundry, taking out trash, checking/cleaning waters and feeders, etc. Must be 18 years of age Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time Cooper Farms consistently works to be more than a workplace to our team members.
