The 4th Intelligence Analysis Squadron NSIC is seeking a collaborive Space MASINT Outreach and Integrion Specialist to strengthen connections between the Space MASINT Flight and its expanding customer base. In this role, you will support external engagements by delivering tailored briefings, showcasing the flight's cutting-edge capabilities, and helping interested stakeholders understand how tools can support their mission needs. You will organize, track, and manage allied, contractor, and commercial programs to further Space MASINT tradecraft and capabilities. Opering with significant autonomy, your day-to-day focus will center on customer coordinion, briefing preparion, and capability advocacy. By serving as an active bridge between internal technical specialists and customer communities, you will communice da form needs and da distribution phways during the new sensor development requirements process, supporting NSIC's Space MASINT enterprise architecture and driving the growth of the flight's capabilities across the space intelligence community.

Ideal Candide:

The ideal candide will hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution or an equivalent level of professional experience, with a strong background in technical coordinion, briefing, or intelligence integrion. Candides should possess least three to five years of experience within the intelligence community-preferably within the space domain or MASINT disciplines-with a firm grasp of space surveillance concepts, sensor capabilities (radar, optical, infrared), and da integrion. The successful candide must be a confident communicor with experience developing and delivering technical briefings to diverse audiences, including operional customers, external mission partners, and leadership. Key to this role is the ability to transle complex Space MASINT concepts into clear narrives, build constructive relionships with customer organizions, and advoce for flight capabilities across the broader defense enterprise.

Key Skills and Abilities :

1. Knowledge of intelligence community policies, entities, missions, resources, operions, capabilities and requirements to perform intelligence research and operions planning, collection, target analysis and/or other intelligence-reled activities. 2. Knowledge of the principles, concepts and methodologies of intelligence operions, research, analysis and integrion; and skill in analysis/production of reports and other products in response to the specific needs of customers to include formuling, ghering, organizing and analyzing informion; resolving conflicts; and presenting clear and concise findings. 3. Skill in conducting unbiased, difficult research, identify approprie available systems/da sources, and produce collections requirements assessments th answer specific tasks to link and leverage agency capabilities and to develop new methods, approaches, or procedures. 4. Skill in analysis and production of reports and other products th respond to specific needs of customers to include formuling, ghering, organizing and analyzing informion; and presenting clear and concise findings. 5. Ability to communice effectively with others, both orally and in writing, in working out solutions to problems or questions reled to the work, writing clear and concise intelligence products, and delivering written and/or verbal presentions. Requirements Help Conditions of employment U.S. Citizenship Required Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI access. The incumbent must possess detailed and accure technical knowledge of all facets of SAP and SCI management to include document control and distribution, highly desired. Incumbent may be subject to psychological screening/polygraph testing as an inherent primary requirement of their position. This is a drug testing designed position. The incumbent is subject to pre-employment drug testing as a condition of employment, and participion in random drug testing. Eligible for situional telework only, including Emergency and OPM prescribed "Unscheduled Telework". May be required to travel by military or commercial aircraft in performance of temporary duty, both inside and outside the CONUS. Requires availability for short notice work on weekends, holidays and evenings. Flexibility in adjusting scheduled workdays is mandory.
