Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Oil Changer Manager to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing oil changes and other essential maintenance tasks to ensure vehicles operate smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive repair, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. Responsibilities Perform oil changes efficiently and accurately, ensuring all procedures are followed according to company standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks, including tire service and alignment. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to identify any additional service needs or potential issues. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with customers about services performed and any recommended repairs. Assist in heavy lifting tasks as needed during vehicle maintenance and repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services while adhering to quality standards. Requirements Previous experience in automotive service or repair is preferred, particularly in a dealership setting. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive maintenance. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle servicing tasks. Strong understanding of automotive systems and mechanics, including tire service and alignment procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and improving skills within the automotive field. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
