• Full-time Job Description We are based out of Arnegard and New Town, ND and is seeking qualified Diesel Mechanics.

We prefer local with you own housing but for those that are not from the area, we have company housing. The purpose of hiring is We have expanding our operations, not because of turn over. Travel between facilities may be required. We are hiring 1 tech positions for our facilities as we relocate current staff to our new facility. We strive for long-term retention. We seek local candidates and or candidates willing to work nights.

Job Requirements:

MUST HAVE A RESUME, CURRENT MVR. CLASS A CDL

Prefered not required. Diesel Mechanic experience is mandatory and oil field experience is preferred. The people that will fill these positions must be positive, team players, professional, honest, work well with others, clean driving record, pass pre-employment and ongoing drug screening and have a passion for what they do. We are selective with our staff as we have high standards with safety and performance.

Job Description:

We need to fill a full-time mechanic position. The position starts immediately. The mechanic will be required to have his own tools. The mechanic will work with our technicians and other team members to maintain and service our fleet of trucks and tank trailers. We run water and winch trucks, as well as own rental equipment. The person for this position must be able to effectively maintain, repair and service semi-trucks and trailers. The large projects we do; engine rebuilds (not often), replace transmissions, rear ends, on the rare occasion swap engines.

Other required knowledge:

Perform DOT inspections, fully service equipment, brake jobs, clutches, repair tires, hydraulic systems, repair tires, wiring, and other useful knowledge. In our candidates we seek someone that is able to do the simple maintenance and learn to do more complicated repairs from our team. We seek long-term staff, not someone who jumps around. If you are new to the oil industry we prefer people with experience in other services that can somehow translate into the oil field. There is room for advancement with this company.

Wage/Benefits/Bonuses:

Pay is weekly.

Expected monthly income:

$7500.00 to $12,500.00/ Mo. We have great benefits. We offer 100% covered health insurance. There are multiple plans to choose from.

Performance and safety bonuses of up to $4500 anually and holiday pay. Pay is higher for locals and those who don't need health insurance.

Schedule:

We have flexible schedules that can be altered to accommodate the staff's needs within reason. It is important to discuss schedule expectations upon interviewing so both parties have a clear understanding.

Uniforms/Company Vehicles:

We provide uniforms for our staff. Company vehicles are available for business-related tasks.

Housing:

Company housing is provided for our staff at no additional charge. We do not house families. Our onsite housing is accommodating with full amenities including: washer, dryer, cable TV, internet, full kitchen, and it's onsite. All staff will be subject to pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing.' '
