Diesel Mechanic

S&K Stack Testing, Inc. is looking for an experienced diesel mechanic who is self driven, hard working and dependable.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on our units. Semi's, pickups and trailers. Conduct regular preventative maintenance on units. Maintain accurate records for each repair performed on units. Complete DOT Inspections. Provide a strong knowledge of parts as well as effective and timely ways to perform various mechanical services. General shop up-keep, maintenance and organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 3 years experience preferred Must have valid Class A CDL Drivers License. Must have good verbal communication skills and be able to communicate with staff and management. Must be detailed orientated and a self start. Must have self motivation and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Fabricating and welding skills are preferred. $30 to $40 per hour depending on experience. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as a background check.
